Survival methods

1.      You don't need to do everything at once - set small goals that you can easily achieve.

2.      Do not focus on the things you cannot change - devote your time and energy to improving yourself.

3.      Do not avoid situations that trigger anxiety - gradually increase your exposure to reduce anxiety.

4.      Avoid alcohol, cigarettes, gambling, and drugs as they can all contribute to poor mental health.

5.      It's important not to tell yourself that you're alone to avoid anxiety.

Mind & Brain:
Brain is physical thing that can be touched, visualized, situated in the skull. Mind control techniques can be use to control the brain. The good healthy brain can form healthy Mind activities like different kind of thoughts, desirers, wants, expectation & without the existence of brain the mind cannot be exist. Brains virtual working is called the Mind & this (Mind) does not require a space to exist.
